My 50 states half marathons in USA

After running for many half marathons in northern California, I got bored and then heard about this running 50 state half marathons. That happened after I crossed 55 years, I thought let me start and finish this by my 60th year. It is an expensive time consuming goal. But fate drives you; You get the idea due to fate, you get the chance to pursue due to fate, you get to finish the goal, if the fate ordains and when it ordains it. I will explain why I fate ordained all these running into 50 states with the first four and the remaining in east coast. I did first one as my younger son happened to be studying in USC, I thought let me start by doing half marathon in southern California. Second one in Texas A&M as my elder son studying there. Third one as I happened to visit Chicago to be spend memorial day weekend with a relative's family. The fourth one happened as I am forced to work in Charlotte working for Bank of America as a TCS consultant.  Almost of all of my working career I worked only in northern California and that too in software development companies and not in application software development. I had to take gaps in completing the 50 state half marathons only after I crossed 61 years. This happened due to covid; I took two breaks due to Covid not allowing running events and family discouraging travel. 
This 50 state running enabled me to visit states, metros, rural areas, university towns, capital cities, historic sites, tourist places, visit and stay with many friends and families. It enabled me to spend  quality 1-1 time with friends and families, as I did almost all travelling alone with out my family members.
